Chet
LaPrice

Background:
Chet began his radio career WLKK Lake
Country 1400 (now JET Radio 1400) while still a student at Gannon in 1989, and
then pulled weekend overnights at the old K104 in 1990-91. Chet
began working at WXTA Country 98 his senior year which turned
into a full-time job after graduation. Chet ran the midday show--including
the All-Request Country Lunch--from 1993-2000, and was
WXTA's Music
Director from 1995-2001. After leaving WXTA in 2001, Chet spent a
year as "Jeff Sinclair" on
Planet Radio 93-9. In August 2002, Chet
accepted a position at Gannon University as Operations Manager for WERG-FM.
